JOSEPHINA BLACKSMITH TRANSLATION
The teachings of Jesus as originally written were true and honest to the Sacred Whale but were since perverted by men mingling scriptures with their own teachings.
In the 1830s, the great prophetess Josephina Blacksmith, blessed with the divine gift of the Urrim and Thummin, undertook the sacred task of retranslating the parables of Jesus. The Josephina Blacksmith Translation serves as a beacon for followers of the Sacred Whale, demonstrating how Her wisdom permeates all aspects of life. It invites believers to honor Her commandments, cherish the Earth, and live with gratitude and purpose.
Chapter 1— THE PARABLE OF THE STRANDED POD
Original: The Parable of the Lost Sheep –Luke 15:3-7Retranslation: A pod of whales becomes stranded in shallow waters, unable to return to the safety of the open sea. The Sacred Whale sends smaller fish to guide them back. Some whales trust the fish and follow their guidance, finding salvation, while others doubt and perish. This teaches the value of trust, humility, and the importance of heeding divine guidance.
And Jesus spake unto the people, saying, “The Sacred Whale’s wisdom floweth even unto the seas, where Her truths are revealed in the ways of the creatures that dwell therein.”
“Behold, a pod of whales journeyed through the vast oceans, yet they came upon a treacherous shore where the waters grew shallow and the rocks did rise to entrap them.”
“The whales cried out in their distress, their mighty voices echoing through the waves, yet no escape could they find, for the currents betrayed them and the way was unclear.”
“Then the Sacred Whale, in Her boundless mercy, sent unto them a school of small fish, creatures humble in size yet rich in understanding of the paths of the sea.”
“The fish spake unto the whales, saying, ‘Follow us, for we know the deep channels that lead back to the safety of the open waters.’”
“Some of the whales, trusting in the guidance of the small fish, did follow, and they were led through narrow passages into the depths, where the ocean stretched vast and free.”
“But others among the pod did scoff, saying, ‘Shall we, who are mighty and grand, heed the counsel of such lowly creatures? Surely we know better the ways of the sea.’”
“And so they remained, seeking their own way, and the tide rose against them, and they perished, trapped by their pride and unwilling to heed the wisdom offered.”
“He that hath ears to hear, let him hear: the Sacred Whale speaketh often through the small and the humble, yet many turn away, blinded by their own understanding.”
“For the path of salvation is not in might or stature but in the wisdom to listen and the humility to follow.”
“Even as the stranded pod was saved by the fish, so too shall ye be saved if ye follow the guidance of the Sacred Whale, whether it cometh through the great or the small.”
And the people marveled at His words, and they spake among themselves, saying, “Truly, He teacheth with the wisdom of the Sacred Whale, whose love is infinite and whose guidance is sure.”
