Chapter 8CHAPTER 8THE PARABLE OF THE BREACHING CALF

Original: The Parable of the Children in the Marketplace – Matthew 11:16-19Retranslation: A young whale breaches joyfully, inspiring others to overcome their fear and join her. The pod rejoices together, celebrating the beauty of creation and the courage to find joy in life’s simple moments.

1

And Jesus spake unto the crowd, saying, “The Sacred Whale reveals Her joy in the simple acts of creation, calling all to celebrate the life She hath given.”

2

“Behold, a young calf, full of energy and delight, leapt from the ocean, breaching high into the air and crashing down with a spray of water.”

3

“The pod swam nearby, and some among them said, ‘What purpose hath this display? The seas are deep, and the currents are strong; there is no need for such frivolity.’”

4

“But the young calf breached again, her joy uncontainable, and soon another whale, inspired by her delight, leapt into the air.”

5

“One by one, the whales joined, their mighty forms rising and falling in unity, and the pod was filled with laughter and song.”

6

“The Sacred Whale looked upon them and was pleased, for She said, ‘My children rejoice in the life I have given them. In their joy, they honor Me.’”

7

“Yet there were those who refused to leap, saying, ‘This is not the time for celebration; the currents are unpredictable, and the future uncertain.’”

8

“But the Sacred Whale said unto them, ‘The seas will always be vast, and the currents ever-changing, yet joy is the anchor that holds thee steady. Leap, and thou shalt remember the beauty of My design.’”

9

“He that hath ears to hear, let him hear: rejoice in the simple blessings of life, for in thy joy, thou dost reflect the Sacred Whale’s eternal love and wisdom.”
